Experienced Business Manager – Life Sciences Division

BUSINESS 

• Managing and push further the commercial relations with your active customer
• Creating new business opportunities by prospecting new customers in the Life Sciences sector
• Optimizing business profitability with mid-size accounts and named account
• Closing offer deals on time-based contracts (delegation of consultants) or on service-based contracts (fixed-price, SLA-based, delivery-based)

RECRUITMENT

• Managing and controlling your team turnover
• Selecting & recruiting new Life Sciences consultants
• Providing a close follow-up with your candidates

MANAGEMENT 

• Being responsible of your own team of Life Sciences consultants on a day-to-day basis
• Being in charge of the consultant career evolution (regular follow-up, annual review, training…)
• Supervising the financial status of your activity 

Your profile 

• French native speaker, fluent in English
• Engineer profile business minded or Business profile (> Master Level)
• 2- 5 years of experience in Life Sciences or in sale
