YOUR ROLE
Involvement in the Accounts Payable & General Accounting processes:
- Support on the Accounts Payable processes
- Preparation of accounting documents
- Reconciliation of supplier invoices with purchase orders
- Booking of accounting documents (invoices, expense reports,etc.)
- Verification and reconciliation of supplier accounts
- Cleaning of suspense accounts
- Cash Management and Payments
- Involvement in month-end and year-end closing
- Management of various administrative tasks related to the accounting department
